Doorknob Ad Carriers

Do you enjoy being outdoors and working independently in your own territory? Do you like the flexibility to work between 8am and 10pm, any day of the week? The role of Direct Carrier may be right for you if you can deliver 300 to 500 Doorknob Ads to homes in one route. You have the opportunity to deliver more than one route per day if you can complete all routes on time.

Requirements:

• Good physical health and able to walk 4 hours or more per day
• Minimum grade 9 reading and writing level
• Be flexible and adaptable
• All ads must be hung on doors or if not possible, hung or placed in mailboxes or in the door seal.

Graphics Designer

Do you have a creative mind and love to be technically accurate? Are you someone who is organized, works well under pressure and have a strong desire to contribute positively to the success of a team? The role of a Graphics Designer could be perfect for you if you can create print ads that are effective for our clients.

Requirements:

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Artistic eye and color theory
• Familiar with preparing design files for printing at a print house

Not required, but are desirable pluses:

• Working knowledge of InDesign
• HTML/CSS familiarity
• Basic understanding and interest in the latest web technologies
• Previous website building experience

Account Executive

Are you interested in a position that utilizes your people skills and allows you to work flexible hours? The role of the Account Executive may be for you if you are able to locate potential customers, introduce and successfully sell them the Doorknob Ads program. This role involves setting up appointments by referrals, making cold calls and following up on head office leads. A crucial part of this position is also maintaining and servicing our current clients.

Requirements:

• Be comfortable with prospecting and cold calling.
• Contribute leadership through your experience and work ethic.
• Have style and charisma.
• Sales should come naturally to you as you build relationships quickly.
• Be well organized, independent and resourceful.
• Have your own vehicle.
• Have a great attitude.
• Be professional in appearance and manner.
• Experience is an asset, but is not required.

Remuneration: Very attractive commission model with bonuses.
